Shipping

We offer shipping across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as to Canada. Please note that international shipping to Canada is available exclusively for ME Scents, not ME Nails.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with a handling time of 2–5 business days. Shipping within the 48 contiguous states typically takes an additional 3–6 business days. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, please allow 5–10 business days. During launch periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 weeks.

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Once you enter your address, the shipping fee will be displayed.

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.

Returns

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is processed. Expect a charge within 3 to 5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your billing address after the order has been processed. Rest assured, your order will still arrive at your door.
